REPLACEMENTS
Available for:
-Wrong order received ( e.g., size, color, print ).*
-Faulty or Damaged items.* (Please get in touch with us within a week's time.)
-Order Lost in transit.**

* No need to return the item. Must provide images for the claims.
** If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at the email address below, noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges of Size (Clothing) with same item/product only. You can return item to Return Address listed on your packing slip if you need to exchange a newly received order for a different size. Include a note on what size you would like in exchange. You are responsible for shipping cost.

Requests for Replacement or Exchange should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
